Comments: Dave and Carol Shank give thumbs up to their newest digital Xerox COLOR copier printer, the Xerox DocuColor 240 with Advanced Finisher. It's fast, at 40 COLOR prints per minute and 55 B&W prints per minute. Carol says that the quality seems to match that of offset printing. Our previous Xerox COLOR DCCS50 served us well, but we know that this new addition to our business will not only increase productivity and turnaround time, but delight our customers with their finished reproductions.

Comments: Talk about the right product and at a great price, the new Xerox Phaser 8400DP is one powerful COLOR printer. Printing at blazing 24 pages per minute, in beautiful COLOR, and yes...printing on both sides of a sheet of paper...what more can I say. We love controlling the costs with the job accounting software and the low cost per page (with the Cost Per Print Program) for COLOR prints and black and white prints.

Comments: This is our third Xerox product installed at the library. We have a Xerox 5818 coin-op copier, and also Phaser 8400N COLOR printer in the lower section. In the Administrative Department of the library, we just received our new Xerox WorkCentre C2424DN COLOR copier/printer/scanner. For a small unit...it's very functional. It will take us a short time to take advantage of all it's capabilities, and for sure we will use some of the Xerox Color Connection Templates.

Comments: Some time back we purchased a used copier, but found that it was frankly costly to operate over time. Our needs are rather minimal, but with our new Xerox M15i we can do so much more. Oh yes, it's also is our fax machine and we can scan and edit documents on our computer. We not only are getting high quality copies, but we are also going to reduce our overall expenses.

Comments: We are pleased to say that we have a networked Xerox Document WorkCentre 545. We produce several thousands of copies and prints monthly, and this has been a real workhorse in our office. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished product. No longer do we have to print to a small laser printer, then walk the job over to the copier for 2-sided collated and stapled sets. Jobs are directly submitted from each PC work station. In essence we are making originals, rather than a copies of an original. Before we got this unit, we thought we just needed a good color laser printer for short run color jobs. We mainly do long runs for items that need high-end offset printing. We use to turn down, or job out work when customers needed 100 to 500 color prints.
